Westfest, the free arts, music, food, and drink festival in Ottawa, is taking place Friday June 13 – 15, 2014 in the Westboro Village.
The FREE Canadian festival is fully licensed, accessible, and jam-packed with local talent. This year, the Juno nominee-rich lineup includes acts like A Tribe Called Red, The Peptides, Fevers, Ashley MacIsaac, Pony Girl, Maria Hawkins Band, any many more.
There are two main areas to Westfest: the “Domicile Main Stage” and “On the Street”. The Domicile Main Stage is used for concerts and is located at McRae Avenue and Richmond Road, beside the LCBO. “On the Street” is a street party for the full three days, hosting to performance artists, local merchants, food, buskers, and all sorts of activities. The Clocktower Brew Pub has made special brew for the festival, Westbrew, and it will only be available at the festival.
